Brenda and her team were communicative and stayed in touch with me throughout the process. As a first time homebuyer, the Amount of time she invested in helping me understand the loan process and other parts of the homebuying process was invaluable. Moreover, members of her team made themselves available at unanticipated times to ensure that the process moved according to timeline and smoothly. Karina was especially helpful in coordinating documentation needs with the team. She tracked our submitted materials thoroughly, responded to emails quickly, and often got on the phone to clarify points of confusion.
