Kendra is a rockstar! On a very challenging purchase, My client was going through a divorce with two children. On her limited budget she was adamant about purching after the divorce sale so the children wouldn't feel displaced. Kendra worked the problem got her mom on as a co-signer. If it was for Kendra's expereince and asking the right questions they would probably renting! The only complaint I have is she is a BIlls fan! LOL
