Michael and Rick Hoskins and Rebecca were great. It was the lack of communication from the underwriter listing ALL the conditions at the outset, with timelines and followup that was missing and made the entire process difficult. So its great and unpleasant at the same time. But if I say unpleasant, you will penalize the people to whom it does not apply. The loan officer and loan processors were great. The back and forth from the underwriter without explanations? Not great.
