What made my experience great was the communication, professionalism, and support throughout the entire home loan process. The New American Funding team made everything easy to understand, kept me updated along the way, and was always available when I had questions. Buying a home can be stressful, but they made the process feel smooth and manageable. Justin was super friendly and was always in touch. He even went in to the office on a saturday to do the verbial part of the loan. really enjoyed working with everyone on the team.
