100% Cyndy. She was amazing. Hands down the most patient, supportive, no-nonsense lender we could have worked with as fairly ignorant first time homebuyers. we struggled with Robyn's communication around timelines. There was false urgency in the beginning, and then no clarity on actual final deadlines, which would have been really helpful to us. Thankfully, Cyndy had our backs and helpEd is navigate the ambiguity more easily.
