Very pleasant and knowledgeable team

Jonathan was stellar from start to finish. he picked up the phone every time I called. He answered calls and texts at odd hours of the day and never made us feel bad for seeking further explanation. We really felt supported and trusted that he would take care of us. He worked really hard for us until the very last moment. We are really thankful for his recommendation and will refer people thinking of getting a loan to him.

When I found out my loan officer was being switched in the middle of an already overwhelming and stressful process, I was honestly worried. There was already so much going on, so many moving pieces, and so much uncertainty that the thought of starting over with someone new felt like one more thing I just didn’t need. Then Nick stepped in. He didn’t hesitate. He didn’t make me feel like I was being handed off or that he needed time to figure out whether my situation was worth the extra effort. He took ownership when he could have simply done the minimum, and that is something I will never forget. This process had moments that were incredibly frustrating and emotional for me, but Nick was one of the people who made me feel like I wasn’t standing in the middle of it alone. Sometimes you never see all the work someone is doing for you, you just feel the impact of it. Nick, I felt it. And I am more grateful for that than I can possibly put into words.
