If you want someone who treats you like family and makes you feel like your their main priority, Simone Lohse is your woman! She goes above and beyond her duty of loan consultant. This being my first home I've purchased, she has treated me like I was her "son" and guiding me through the whole process. From telling me what to look for in a home down to everything there is in the loan process, paperwork, credentials, the whole nine. Absolutely would recommend her to anyone for anything related for a loan processor. She has done way more than just treat me like a client, she has treated me like family. Who wants to be treated like their just a number when your dealing with something so important and so crucial to your daily everyday life? Simone takes everything a step further and makes you feel like you "belong" every step of the way. Absolutely love her for making me feel welcomed in every way possible. Me, being new to this whole process of purchasing a home, she made everything so simple and so smooth throughout the whole process. If she came across the bump in the road with anything she made me feel at ease and helped me through everything and if she could take the stress off my hands, she would in every way she could. She even went a step further and helped me quote my home insurance. Family seems to be Simones main priority in making you feel at home when your working with her. If I had things to do over again, I would give her a call anytime of the day and she would be available to help in any way she could make possible.
