Very rarely do I have an escrow which goes as smoothly as the deals which I have done with Chacha. ALEX WAS VERY GOOD BUT YOUR OVERALL PROCESS NEEDS LOOKING INTO. Their is a communication flow issue within the company. The software you use needs tweaking. Overall I was pleased but their are process flow to look at.
