Lack of communication between Paul and2 Title people. A process that should of only took a few months turned out to be 10 months. Fees were added to our loan that was suppose to be taken care of because was not our fault. Recording title fee was added to loan when we paid out of pocket for it. I had to keep resubmitting the same forms over and over. Plus we have not received any of our signed agreement forms or how to make our payments.

Chacha went above and beyond. We have worked with many different loan consultants in the past, and our interactions with them always felt transactional. Working with Chacha was totally different.
