Scott has a lot of institutional knowledge that benefited me in finding the best loan possible and he was able to help me understand the different type of loans available to me. Scott helped me secure a USDA loan and as a first time buyer this was so helpful because this type of loan pays your down payment. I was able to purchase this house with zero out of pocket. Huge game changer and I am very happy with all the help and guidance I was given thru this experience.
