Steve and Marsha Tempel were a great team! They are very detailed, organized, and very professional. I met Steve at an open house and am so glad I did. Working with Steve and Marsha during the purchase of my first home was one of the easiest parts of the process! Steve was very thorough while educating us about the loan process, taking time to make sure we understood everything. He is also incredibly communicative, responding quickly even during nights and weekends, which is critical given the current market for buyers. He went above and beyond by providing customized pre-approval letters for us to submit with every offer and personally called seller's agents to speak on our credibility as buyers.
