This is the third home I have purchased while being located in another part of the country. Scott made the process easy to understand, was available any time I had a question or concern, and overall was a professional. I cannot say enough great things about Scott Collins and how he made our home buying experience simple. I also appreciated the secure website that Fairway Independent Mortgage had. Uploading documents and seeing where I was in the loan approval process was easily accessed.

Scott provided great customer service and made it easy to refinance our house. Submitting documents through the secure site simplified the process. Scott and Courtney were helpful by reminding us what documents we still needed to submit and helped us get the correct documents uploaded.
