Hovik Shahinian with With New American Funding, was able to get me a refinance on my condo and made the process very easy when other lenders went able to qualify me. Hovik worked with me to get me qualified and I closed in less than a month. I was more than happy with his knowledge and service and would recommend him to anyone looking for a loan.

This was a NAF Cash transaction which is complicated to begin with. There are tons of moving parts to this lending process. You first start with finding a replacement home for the Buyers to purchase has a cash transaction. This replacement property is then purchased cash by NAF Cash. The second step is to list the Buyers, now Sellers property for sell. Once the Sellers property is sold, then the third step is for NAF to sell the property back to the Buyers. This type of financing made it possible for my Buyers to make an all cash offer, on a multiple offer situation. Hovik answered questions and sometimes the same questions, twice. He always answers his phone no matter if it's a weekday or weekend and he try's his best to keep all parties involved. Hovik is the light at the end of the tunnel for NAF Cash. It's all about TEAMWORK!
