Scott’s team adapted to an unfortunate situation created by the seller of the home we purchased. The seller sent Scott’s team the wrong information in referenced to the property, which caused the incorrect property to be appraised which jeopardized the closing timeline. When it was brought to the team’s attention what mistake the seller made, they made the corrections quickly allowing us to close on time! Scott and Courtney saved the day.

We purchased a home in Washington from North Carolina. This is our third home purchase and by far the easiest out of all of them. We were given great recommendations for insurance. The quotes ended up being lower than projected. We locked on an interest rate on a random scheduled phone meeting & luckily it was really low that day. It took our payment down about $100 on that end. This also brought closing costs down. We saved so much money! We are very pleased with Scott and his team!!
