We had been working with NFCU on our mortgage loan, but they made a major error and set our close date back. As soon as we switched to Fairway, Scott got back to us quickly every time we had a question or needed to upload a document etc. and we were able to close in record time!! When we uploaded documents at 1 am at the beginning, Scott reviewed them and emailed us back. He did this at 3 am. I would never expect someone to get back to me late at night but we REALLY appreciated this!!!

Scott was extremely kind, patient and hard working! This is the first time we’ve bought a house and had no clue what we were doing, and we were doing a for sale by owner, so we had a lot of questions and needed quite a bit of help. Scott addressed any concerns and went out of his way to make sure we understood the process, communicated well, and was friendly every time. We can’t say enough good things about him and his team.
