Being a first-time home buyer, my wife and I were pretty anxious and scared of how the process worked and what we would have to do to make it all work. With Blake, everything felt rather easy and not really like it was a business transaction, but more like it was a buddy trying to help you out in the best way possible. Aside form outside complications, working with Blake and Fairway was a seamless and pleasant experience.

Fairway was a great place to get our first home loan. They had easy to use programs so we could access documents from our phones on the go! Our loan officer Alec Milburn was with us every step of the way answering our questions and informing us of changes and updates in the process. I couldn’t recommend Fairway and Alex enough!!

This was my third time going through the home buying process, but it was easily the best of the three. With our nation going through a pandemic, this already stressful process was a little bit more stressful. However, Alex eased that stress tremendously. Communication was always timely and efficient. All questions and concerns were answered effectively. I am very thankful to have had Alex in my corner to make it to closing day! I would highly recommend him and Fairway to anyone!
