Team Collins was very responsive and kept the process moving. I appreciate that Scott is a "numbers guy" and could easily provide mortgage estimates for a variety of different scenarios. We had a couple disconnects on the electronic paperwork, but considering the complexity of the finance process, we are very satisfied. (I can't imagine it going smoother with another company or broker.) I did not do a lot of comparing, but I think Fairway has earned the "fair" in their name.
