We were out of town buyers, and Matt really helped us understand the Santa Barbara market dynamics, not only from a mortgage approval standpoint, but also construction costs, local regulations, and many other things outside the scope of his role in securing us a loan. As for the loan itself, he walked us through all the ins and outs of the approval process (complete with numerous insider tips) and, in a time of market volatility, got us the best possible rate.
