Could never have asked for a smother, friendlier, awesome, refinance experience! Never thought I would feel a financial institution had my best interest at heart, rather than my loan interest, but they certainly accomplished it, flawlessly! Had all questions answered, concerns eased and saved me a ton of money! If you have any mortgage or refinancing needs, I highly recommend hitting up Chrissy Brewer with New American funding!

Lynnette was an amazing help. She convinced me to refinance to take advantage of their low rates and it was a great decision. I’m saving over $350 a month on my mortgage and the process was fairly simple. If you’re computer savvy and can get the required signatures submitted in a timely manner then you can close rather quickly. Will definitely look to use this company in the future.

New American Funding has been a joy to work with. My loan officer, Grace, was quick on her feet, helpful, fair, and honest. It was nice having her in my corner looking out for me during the loan process. I highly recommend this company as there was a discrepancy in the quoted costs and they abruptly took care of it along with answering all of my other questions and concerns. When there is a discrepancy, you get a chance to see the true colors of the companies you do business with. They have more than earned my business.

Great experience with New American Funding, especially compared to a previous miserable one with Rocket Mortgage. Only dealt with two people, compared to 14 with RM. Both Toni and Heather were pleasant, professional, communicating with each other and fully aware of all documents I submitted. Process went smoothly and resulted in successful closing. I live in a remote rural area, and even the notary who made a 360-mile round trip to bring closing documents for signature was top drawer! Count this as a rave review!

This has been the most pleasurable experience I’ve ever had with a lender. My loan officer was fantastic. Also, the rest of his team that I work with stephanie was amazing as well. Marvin did everything above and beyond expected I highly recommend for a future and anything else this is a wonderful lending team.

Marvin @ new American funding was great to work with and you could tell he really cared about whether or not my loan was going to make it to closing. He always called me right away if I called with any questions and was always willing to help if I needed his help for any reason. The processor Deborah was great to work with also. Very efficient and professional!

Jennifer customer care was exemplary throughout the application process.Jennifer was very responsive to all the questions or concerns that I had and were always wonderful to deal with. She answered all questions as fast as was possible if she had the answers, and if not promised to find out the answers soonest possible. She comes across as someone that truly loves and enjoys what she does. Without doubt, I would seek her out immediately for any upcoming real estate transaction in the future and definitely recommend her to our friends.
