I could not recommend Kyle more highly. I was put in touch with Kyle through a web inquiry and boy was I glad we connected. He was instrumental in walking me through various options and decisions that had to be made. What I truly appreciated what his partnership in helping me evaluate different lenders and to look at the whole picture, not just the rate. What was really great he went bat for me internally to get a good rate, with credits to minimize out of pocket costs not tied to the down payment. I plan on patterning with him again later this year for a refinance as rates hopefully continue to drop. He really is a god of mortgages.

New American Funding did a great job with my mortgage refinance. The whole process took only three weeks from start to finish. Everything was done online, except for my meeting with a notary to finalize the paperwork. I had frequent phone communication with my loan representative, Cody Sweet, who was very knowledgable with answering my questions. I would highly recommend using New American Funding.
