Deano was amazing! He led us through the entire loan process effortlessly. He always made sure we understood every step and was always available to take our calls or meet in person. His eagerness to help us find our first home was comforting and reassuring. His knowledge in his field made this scary process incredibly easy! Edgar A. was so so patient and persistent in the whole loan process. He listened and understood our needs. Process was simple to get pre approved and after you find a home he’s there every step of the way to get the required paperwork’s needed to close. We are now first time home owners!!

So pleased with Chad, Kimberly and New American Funding. Just finished refinancing and I got a fantastic APR and closed quickly! Yessinia was great from day 1 to when Escrow closed! Would recommend New American to anyone - yes it does take time folks - a lot is involved but New Americans people were patient, very thorough (hence why they ask for so much documentation etc... ) and on top of the entire process. Even after it closed Yessinia followed up on the funding for me! In this day and age of feeling like your being "Handled" or rushed through and everything is so impersonal -not with New American Funding - Everyone I spoke with and especially Yessinia and Dave - took the time needed to make it as comfortable and personable process as possible! They really went above and beyond to let me know not only were they getting things done as quickly as possible but also that I understood the process and they were thorough - no surprises that could derail everything at the last moment. Yes it takes time and YES you need to do your part to help things go smoothly ...communication is key guys and never in this entire process was I ever treated disrespectfully or rushed or as if I was just a number.
