Helene is FABULOUS!!! She has been helpful , knowledgeable, prompt, responsive and kind from Day 1. Unfortunately, my experience with Diana was the opposite; vague and/or incorrect information, slow to respond, if I got a response at all. Every time I speak with her I get different answers/direction, I requested cash out from loan and confirmed it twice during process but did not end up with any at closing with not response as to why. Was told funding/checks would be 3/23 and it is 3/35 and checks still have not been even left CA; no word from Diana. Daysha in the funding department has been WONDERFUL!!! She has helped me more and been more informative in 48 hours than Diana was the entire time. Because of Helene and Daysha, I would recommend NAF but I will caution anyone working with Diana. I hate leaving negative feedback , as I too work in customer service related field, and I sincerely hope Diana is not going through a difficult time personally that caused her lack in performance.
