Words cannot describe tge stress it is to purchase a house. Jodie and her team worked diligently together and made this process as stress free as possible for us. They all communicated their needs in a timely manner which in turn allowed for us to retrieve whatever information or documentation they requested. The GREAT part of our experience was the continuous communication, the easy path to loan application and approval, and Andrew's ability to advocate for our needs and explain to us our options. We are very pleased with the loan we received, and the terms, and NAF's digital approach to this process. To be completely honest, the only thing we DID NOT like was the flow of information at the last minute between the NAF Closing team and the title company. This WAS NOT on Andrew. It seemed like the team creating the closing documents were not communicating in a timely and accurate process, and it caused the closing documents to be ready only at the last minute (the end of the business day before closing). While we have been very liquid, for other buyers who may have had to tap other resources, this might have delayed closing. That team needs to better consider the needs of the buyer as they communicate with the title company.
