Kori had the knowledge and expierence to get us answers or action items with speed and accuracy to avoid any delays or hiccups. Not to mention her demeanor was always pleasant. Most of all she seemed to always make time to answer her phone or respond to emails no matter what was going on. We never felt like we were in any sort of holding pattern waiting for her to respond. Communication with marcell was great throughout the whole process.Even while he was at a seahawks game, he was making and explaining things to me! No text was not responded to with a 24hr period, and he provided detailed cost and mortgage estimates at various prices and interest levels.
