I have used Dan’s services in the past, and was excited to call him when I was going to move forward with a new build. Dan sat down with me over multiple phone calls and explained that the seller incentives of the builder were better than he could offer, so he very graciously told me to make the best financial decision for me, even if that meant not using his services. Dan made it very clear that he treats his clients as he would want to be treated, and I definitely saw that! Thanks for the great service.

Dan was amazing at helping me every step of the way, even when I had to ask him to repeat himself time and time again because I am new to buying a house and want to make sure I understood everything. He happily took as much time as I needed in order to be up to speed and made sure I knew what each document was that I was signing. Though it will be many years down the road, when I'm ready to move onto my next place, I would absolutely put my trust in Dan to help me get settled wherever I'm going next!

Dan is a man of integrity and competency that really stands out. I have known him for many years and he has helped me out both personally and professionally with mortgage business and with advice on things like reverse mortgages, home equity lines of credit and assistance with finding building contractors. Most recently he directed me to some business associates that helped me get a home equity line of credit and then some contractors to carry out the work . He wanted to help me and certainly did! He made no money out of it, but in his own way contributed to the good of the community by helping out one senior citizen. I highly recommend Dan.

Dan was incredibly helpful in the entire mortgage process. He took the time to detail everything, including several mortgage options, varying rates and differing down-payment options. The purchased property is in Dallas as I am relocating but this didn’t matter at all. By e-signing documents throughout the fast process, the actual closing was very quick and seemless, in Dallas.
