Krystal was GREAT, she is very knowledgeable, and she RESPONDS! She always responded in a timely manner and if she was not able to chat she would let me know. I've worked with other lenders who dissapear for weeks and never get back to me. Krystal helped me so much and also explained the process to me multiple times so I could understand everything and know what I was doing and why.
