I was introduced to Dan by my realtor after having one of the worst experiences possible in trying to buy a home. The previous lender I had chosen was new and was hard to reach, rarely had answers to questions, and worst of all said we were approved up to a purchase price that ultimately we could not get a loan for. We found this out literally the day before we closed and could not move and lost our earnest money. Dan, in contrast, was very proactive at the start to be sure we had all the documents needed, reviewed them and told us exactly what we could and could not purchase. He and his team held our hand every step of the way, helped us work through the hurdles we had and just made the whole process feel like they were in control and put us at ease. Most importantly, he and his team answered all phone calls, and was completely transparent throughout the home buying process. I just closed on my very first home and cannot thank Dan and his team enough for all of their guidance, patience, and professionalism. We can’t recommend them enough!

Wow! Dan really helped us out in so many ways! He was always just a text or call away during the whole process. It was our first refinance and we ran in to several snags along the way (no fault of Dans, just financial on our end) . I think a lot of people dread the home purchasing process. Between the mountains of paperwork and legal jargon, its a process that most would not wish on their worst enemies... until now! The process was easy and while there was still paperwork, most of it I was able to complete online. Dan was great in explaining the process to me, keeping me up to date, and making sure I had all of my questions answered.
