Before being referred to Dan I tried to get a refi done by another company. It was a nightmare, as it dragged out for 6 months. I could see that the company was likely taking advantage of me as they requested an endless stream of submitting and resubmitting documents and I could see that it was never going to get done. We had such an amazing experience with Steve and his team! We started off rocky with another lender, but Steve came in and saved the day! He was professional and educating.
