I can’t say enough good things about Denise and the experience I had working with her! Our communication began when I unexpectedly fell in love with a home that I wanted to purchase — with absolutely zero preparation on my end! Denise immediately helped me understand my options, including whether it made more sense to pay off the existing mortgage, rent it out and have 2 mortgages or use a bridge loan/sell my existing home; truly helping me figure out how I could make the purchase work! What really stood out to me was her dedication from the very beginning. Our first conversation was on July 31st, as she was literally leaving town for a family trip. Even with that, she was diligent about getting me the information I needed and continued to respond quickly throughout the entire process. We closed on September 3rd — just over a month after our first conversation! Denise was incredibly nice, helpful, accommodating, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. She has a way of taking what could be a very complicated and overwhelming process and explaining things in simple terms that my somewhat of a 'scattered-brain' could actually understand. Whenever I had a question, she was quick to respond and made sure I understood what was happening and what needed to happen next. Buying a home on such short notice could have been incredibly stressful, but having Denise guiding me through the financing side made such a difference. I truly appreciated her patience, diligence, knowledge, and willingness to help me navigate all of the unexpected details. Victoria was amazing to work with. She must not sleep because her response time was quicker than Usain Bolt. On a serious note, she was always very open and very communicative with us. Her partnership with our realtor definitely showed.
