Outstanding communication and explanations. Included everyone that needed to be included in the process, so I didn't have to figure out who to talk to about certain topics. Everyone seemed to be on the same page no matter who I talked with. If they didn't have the answer to a question, weren't afraid to find out the answer in a timely fashion. Great overall experience.
