Chacha went above and beyond. We have worked with many different loan consultants in the past, and our interactions with them always felt transactional. Working with Chacha was totally different. She explained every detail, and we could genuinely feel that she cared not only about getting the work done, but also about making sure we received the best option for our circumstances. Chacha assisted us from start to finish and did far more than what a regular loan consultant does. She helped us find our current real estate agent, secure home insurance, and take care of many other things along the way. I'm confident this will not be the last time we work with her. We will absolutely come back, and she will be the first person we recommend when friends ask about financing or refinancing their home.
