Kelley was recommended to us by our realtor and she was so so helpful every step of the way. She never got frustrated with us no matter how many questions we asked. I remember calling her on a Saturday and thinking I will probably get her voicemail but she answered and spoke with me and within 1 hour had sent over the information I requested. Kelley was unbelievable. We had another lender when we first started and I didn’t plan on switching at all when I first spoke to Kelley. We were super tight on our budget and she made it work.
