Rebecca Roberts' communication was great,not just with me and the escrow/title team, but with the buyer. The care she gave the buyer; getting him ready to buy, sharing all the options and the pros/cons so the buyer was well educated before looking at houses and then when we found one, she took the time to go over the rates and options available that day for him. Awesome!

She's friendly, professional and helpful and (on a personal note) has a sense of humor when working with you, which alleviates any anxiety or tension you might be feeling. I can't emphasize enough what a pleasure it was to work with her. The service level is top-notch!

Tony and his staff were outstanding throughout the loan process. They were present, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Edit: 10-15-25 within 20 days New American Funding sold our mortgage loan to PENNYMAC so be warned there is no loyalty to customers.
