I first applied for a equity loan through US Bank and provided documents as requested. [My home does not have a mortgage and is appraised at over $400,000] But they were very slow in providing our loan. New American was much kinder and quicker in providing us a much needed loan. They were great. I highly recommend them.

I had an amazing experience with Erich. This was my very first home purchased so I had LOTS of questions. Erich was very kind, compassionate and understanding.
