This review is long overdue, but it comes from a place of deep gratitude. I started my homebuying journey back in September 2024 and spent months shopping around for the right lender. I initially went with City National Bank and worked with a lender from October through February but unfortunately, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I went through two failed escrows and was given promises that simply couldn’t be delivered. Because of that, I lost out on two condos. That experience left me discouraged and honestly ready to give up. Then I found Rosa from New American Funding and everything changed. I reached out to Rosa after my last escrow fell through, and she called me right away. From the very beginning, she stood out. She was warm, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through different programs and options tailored to my situation. I took a short pause, but when I found the condo I knew I wanted, I immediately reached out to Rosa again. I shared my financial situation with her, and without hesitation she said, “We’ll make it happen.” And she did. We started the process in March. Rosa collected everything she needed from me quickly and got to work. She kept me informed at every stage with no surprises, no confusion. Just clarity, communication, and care. Even when she let me know she had a pre-planned international vacation coming up, she still made sure everything moved forward. She continued working, even while out of the country, to make sure we closed in under 30 days. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fully express how much that meant to me. We officially closed on April 22, 2025, in under 30 days. Rosa went above and beyond. Her kindness, dedication, and professionalism turned what was once a stressful process into a dream come true. I’m officially a homeowner and it’s all thanks to her. And if that wasn't enough, after I received my keys, Rosa even stopped by to congratulate me in person and brought a thoughtful gift. That personal touch meant the world to me and is just another example of how deeply she cares about her clients.
