She was not one of my easier and more agreeable customers to guide through the home buying process, but thankfully she brought on Kyle Jones of New American Funding as her Loan Officer (chosen over many other Lender auditionees!)... Had it not been for Kyle's consistently quick responses, his clever & vastly experienced lending knowledge, and most importantly perhaps, his steady patience & willingness to persevere along side of me during our rather arduous 6 month journey together as Real Estate Pros, we wouldn't have ultimately closed on the client's fourth and final offer.
