Tony and his staff were outstanding throughout the loan process. They were present, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Edit: 10-15-25 within 20 days New American Funding sold our mortgage loan to PENNYMAC so be warned there is no loyalty to customers.

I worked with Lisa Van Alphen at New American Funding for about 3 months on what initially was a pretty straight forward home loan. That quickly spiraled in to chaos days before escrow was to close. Lisa's guidance and positive focus helped the overcome the challenge to fund. This isn't my first rodeo in purchasing a home, however, it was the most challenging experience I have ever been through. Lisa is truly amazing and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend New American Funding.

After the run around with Rocket Mortgage, it was really nice to have someone listen and help us with our refi. Aizen is very informative and answered all my questions. He walked us through the entire process and was there with any concerns we had. We closed a complicated refi quickly. Highly recommend NAF and Aizen Malki!

Amazing loan officer, ease of refinance process and quick process from beginning to end. Brittany, our loan officer was excellent! She was with us every step of the way during our home refinance process. She answered every question, responded quickly to every email, and was able to ease our anxiety during the process. We really appreciated her patience, expertise and amazing customer service! We had been dealing with another lender, however Brittany is the reason we chose NAF!
