Amazing company! Halston Warren was amazing and so helpful. He walked us through every step in the process, so there were no surprises. Everyone was so friendly and they made this very anxious process of buying our first home seamless and so much better. We closed on time and it was a very exciting experience. Glad we got Ken Nastasi to work with us on our home purchase and loan from NAF. While nearly all of the processes involved are numerous and overwhelming for us at times, Ken always made himself available, quickly followed up on requests, was knowledgeable of and willing to explain the rationale behind the many information and data requests. As first time home buyers, we could not have asked for a better group to walk us through each step of the process. Chasten and his team were available and promptly answered questions as they came up. During our meetings, all information was shared in a way that was easy to understand.
