I had an amazing experience with Erich. This was my very first home purchased so I had LOTS of questions. Erich was very kind, compassionate and understanding. He took time out of his daily life (even on vacation) to assist me with the process. I would highly recommend Erich if you are buying your first home or an experienced buyer when purchasing a home. We had an extremely unique situation, and skeptically thought we were unable to close on our dream house. However, Team Gigi’s motto is “Where Miracles Happen”, and a miracle took place; we excitedly closed on our new house with Team Gigi! Her team professionally presented themselves and positively guided us to through the entire process; Team Gigi even joined us for our closing! Gigi and her team strategically developed and implemented a plan to fund our loan and finally move us into our house. All we had to do was follow their lead and Team Gigi did the rest.
