As first time home buyers in an extremely competitive market, Ryan and his team were integral in our success finding a home. They provided clear, helpful advice and details throughout the whole process and made themselves available to speak with our realtor and other listing agents on multiple occasions which really helped because sellers are more savvy than ever and want to make sure they're accepting the strongest offer that isn't going to fall through due to the loan not getting approved.
