Laurie Cahill was our loan officer - she clearly has vast experience and provided a variety of loan options, suggestions for near-term vs long-term cost savings and ideas to simplify management of monthly mortgage, taxes, and insurance payments. She was patient and provided welcome explanations of options and processing steps so that we could make informed decisions. Furthermore, she clearly works hard to make outcomes successfully as was demonstrated by her responsiveness to after-hours questions we submitted. Claudia van Herwaarden was our loan processor and she also provided exemplary service and insight along the way. Her communications were consistently clear and timely and were beneficial to help us plan our moves leading up to the escrow close.
