My husband and I had a great experience working with Chasten Gerhart and Mike Towler! Chasten is a senior loan consultant and is very informative and straightforward about what we needed to do. We first spoke with Chasten about two years ago when we weren’t sure where to start. He took the time to explain credit scores, upfront costs, and closing costs so we could prepare. After spending a little over a year working on our credit and saving, we got preapproved and were able to purchase our home! One of the best parts of working with them is their amazing availability. Someone is available every day from 9am -9pm. And if we had a question we could just send a text and get a quick response from a real person (never automated). It made the process so much less stressful knowing we could always get an answer quickly. We really appreciate Chasten and Mike’s patience and guidance throughout the process and highly recommend them to anyone buying a home.
