Cait Freeman with New American Funding is very friendly, listens extraordinarily well and is equally thoughtful in her responses. She also offered general information up-front many companies will not do without a hard credit check first. As a customer, I should not have to “qualify” to obtain general information on the company, products or services offered. On the other hand, I have no problem with a credit check IF I am interested in a product and satisfied with a company’s reputation. I'd never heard of this company and was somewhat leery about supplying confidential financial information over the phone to someone I had never met, and had no idea of their own or their company’s actual credentials. But Cait was more than happy to supply me the information I requested, as well as additional information validating their multi-state LLC and patiently waiting for me to research both. Her understanding and forthright manner was actually key to me even doing the research. She was also very diligent in explaining not only the product I called about, but also in offering other possible solutions to fit my needs. I’m now retirement age, and I have met very few people in my lifetime that went the extra mile (or in my case two), to find the best solution(s) for their customers. Her integrity is more than evident and I’m more than happy to recommend her to anyone needing similar equity loan services. In her obvious pride in the company and praise of other members of their staff, I am also happy to recommend New American Funding as well.
