This review is heartfelt. l believe in the personal touch and being able to speak to PEOPLE and not machines. I am so glad to have had this experience with New American Funding. Another company made me feel valueless as a customer/client. When another company failed to meet our expectations due to an absolute lack of communication and follow-through, New American Funding stepped in and got us where we needed to be. I worked with a knowledgeable, kind, and efficient Loan Officer, Dalton Haueisen. He was always responsive and timely to all my questions and concerns during a process that I had never been through before. Even when dealing with the aftermath of a tornado personally, he was there for me. I was very impressed with his professionalism and thoughtfulness. Were he my son, I would be so proud of him. I also worked with Laura Stark, a personable and highly responsive Loan Processor. She made me feel like all the little hiccups were easily resolved and kept my spirits high. I felt like I had "met" a kindred spirit. Once again, a wonderful, personal experience in a time when being treated personally with a business doesn't seem to be the norm anymore. Should the need for financial services again, this is the company I will go with. A+

Honestly this was a great experience. We’re first time home buyers and our experience with Amanda Cooper was top notch. She got us approved for a much higher amount than we anticipated and was so informative and kept us updated almost daily. We love our new home!
