Working with Dave was a breeze. He helped close my refi start to finish in under 3 weeks! And he was extremely prompt with his replies/communication, which made the overall experience a pleasure. I had been working with another broker for 3+ MONTHS trying to get my refi done... exacerbated I emailed Dave for help. I was the buyer and had a difficult situation with a bankruptcy history. I was assured that my loan would close on time and that there would be no issues. When it came close to the closing date, my lender told me that we needed an extension and closing on time was not an option. That's when Dave and his team stepped in. Even though his team was working for the seller they did an amazing job helping us to close on time. With less than a week, his team was able to accomplish what my lender could not in two months. Dave and his team are amazing! If you want transparency and honesty, you can trust this team.
