For someone like myself whos unfamiliar and inexperienced in loans such as the HELOC or 2nd mortgage I required i didnt feel pressured into anything. I was shown all the details. Scenarios and what would be required of me to meet those criteria in order to achieve what I was looking for. Both Marcus and Kim made things fairly easy for me despite my time constraints and difficult work schedule. Having the ability to connect via email helps when you cant answer phone calls all day long. Overall a good experience. Thank you!

This was our first time buying a home and the process can be very stresssful, the NAF team worked with us and gave top of the line advice on the smallest things needed to ensure our approval and ensuring it all went as smooth as possible.
