They did get us a loan to pay off most of our debt, even with poor credit. The only downside is it took 3 months and you will not recieve enough at closing to truly pay all of the debt. $2000 max cash at closing. Better than Rocket Mortgage. Ask for more than you need is my advice. And make sure you get true amounts on the pay out checks. Over all, we got most of what we needed. Thanks NAF
