Mike and Tyna were so amazing and so helpful! They handled my billion questions, texts , and calls with ease! He definitely knew how to handle my anxiety about the whole process and would constantly stay in touch letting me know why we were having "quite wait times" during the process. 10/10 amazing people!

Blake Johnson, my Sr. Loan Officer, was very professional, courteous and helpful during our loan process. From start to finish, he was a text message away to answer questions or to provide any necesssary information we needed to get him in order to close in a timely manner. Tyler was a great person to work with. He was always available to answer any questions I had. If it was something I didn’t understand, he was very patient and able to break everything down for me. He was very knowledgeable from start to finish even pertaining to all of the different programs that were or were not available to me. He got me pre-approved quickly and told me everything I needed to do that would possibly put me in a better lending situation. Whenever I talked to Tyler over the phone I could feel his passion for his job, he always very thorough, & when he felt like I was overwhelmed he would slow down and break it down even further. Tyler responded quickly and I never had to feel on the edge about anything. This is the first time I have gone thru this process and I really dreaded it because I heard soo many horror stories, but Tyler and his team made this process flawless and uncomplicated.
