Wally is a true pro. He set expectations from Day 1 and delivered. Phone calls every Tuesday with updates. Although we didn't always connect, a voice mail was left keeping me informed as to the status of the loan. I had never worked with Wally or New American, but I will absolutely keep them in mind among my preferred lenders.
