Robin was a great communicator and was able to make the whole process feel fun and easy. She educated us on our unique situation with the seller being family and what new options that included. When there was bad news, she was straight forward and offered clear solutions to overcome it. We always felt in control and knew each step of the process. In the end, she guided us to close our loan. We would love to use her expertise again to originate our next mortgage!

Robin Ray is amazing. She is detailed, thorough and really cares about her clients. 10/10 experience with her! Nothing bad to say about New American Funding either. They made the loan process easy and smooth and quickly fixed issues if they came up (which inevitably always do). They off a program NAF Cash that was a great option in helping us get our house, but the NAF Cash program definitely still has some kinks to work out. We had several issues of poor communication, in regards to that program, but thankfully Robin was there to solve all the problems. I don’t think we could have gotten our house without NAF Cash so I would definitely use the program again and hopefully they will work out over time.
