Hope for the hopeless!!! When I found Jeanette our backs were against the wall. Our landlord was selling the property and we had to get out. My credit was bad, I had a bankruptcy on my record as well as a charged off credit card, and rentals in our area are insanely expensive and out of our price range. She assured me that together we can make this happen, but it is going to take some work. As a first time home buyer this was all overwhelming and I had no idea what to expect, let alone what I needed to do. She told me she would hold my hand and walk me through this process and make it as stress free as possible. I will admit, at one point I got frustrated and began thinking I had made a mistake and maybe I should've gone with someone else. Everything she asked for I got for her. Everything she was asking of me I did...but then she'd ask for more. It took a few weeks, but I finally realized that the reason she was asking for all of this and requesting me to do so much was because I was not an easy person to get an approval for. When we started, my credit score was too low for an FHA loan. The next time she checked it had gone up 15 points. I kept doing what she asked and it jumped up another 26 points. At last update my credit had improved at least 100 points since I began working with Jeanette. We had found a house we wanted and Jeanette had to work and troubleshoot to get us a pre-approval. I was still around a low 600 at this point and we are a one income family. She finally was able to get us a pre-approval and we are excited that this is actually happening...only to find out the home we wanted ended up not being eligible for FHA financing. We were devastated. There are very few affordable homes in our area that are FHA eligible and the ones that were are too small. Jeanette told me to not be discouraged, that she is working with our agent and we are still going to make this happen. Our agent eventually sent us another home to look at but it was $10k higher than the last home we'd struggled to get pre-approved for. We had a little hope again, but I worried that there was no way we'd be able to get approved for even more when we barely got approved for the last home. But again, Jeanette worked her magic and did what she does. She got us the conditional pre-approval, so it was up to me to do the work and make sure I did everything she asked to make this pre-approval stick. On November 28, 2023 we were handed the keys to our home. I can not say enough about how amazing Jeanette was to work with - and my real estate agent has stated the same. Constant communication, phone calls, emails to make sure I know what is needed of me and make sure I understand what is needed of me. This was a stressful process, but the more I listened to Jeanette the smoother it went. She'd give me a glimmer of hope, then it would start to snowball and ultimately ended with a hopeless case getting to own their first home! If you're in a bad spot, call Jeanette! If she can get me in a home she can do it for you! Will recommend to anyone interested in buying a home. If I ever decide to buy again, she will be the first person I call! When we were denied by another lender Edgar Martinez was there from the beginning waiting on us to come back and get us approved. He will guide you through out the process so smoothly that you feel like you dealing with somebody you know long Time ago. He and his company are highly recommended for your home purchase. They are a pretty good team working together for you and your family. Txs again This purchase wouldnt ever happen if it was not for you guys. ????

My Experience with NAF was wonderful. Everything went smoothly. For someone with less than perfect credit I expected bumps in the road, but there were none. Jeanette RuizNunez was the best. She knows what she is doing. Listen to what she tells you to do. Jeanette was patient and pleasant with every encounter. She treated me like family not a dollar sign. Working with Edith and NAF was both easy and professional. Edith was diligent in obtaining the information to process our loan. Additionally, she was able to identify an option that we could use in order to obtain our loan. Obtaining a mortgage is not an easy process so it is very important to have someone, like Edith, to work with you in order to process the proper paperwork. We were able to obtain our new mortgage based on the assistance that was provided us by Edith and NAF.
